Your credit card details are never stored on our site. All transactions are encrypted and handled through Stripe’s secure infrastructure, so your information stays safe and private.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders, no minimum required. It’s our way of keeping things simple and saying thanks for shopping with us.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We’re currently focused on domestic orders within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and really have your heart set on something, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking info via email so you can keep an eye on it.
Delivery times vary based on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- You must contact us within the 10-day window to initiate the return process.
- Please note: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and processing.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos if possible. We’ll make it right—promise.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where required by law. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
Where are your flags made?
Our flags are designed and made by a U.S.-based company. While some accessories are proudly machined in the USA, the fabric and printing materials aren’t guaranteed to be fully U.S.-sourced.
