OUR SELLERS

Our sales associates are first and foremost concerned with meeting and understanding your goals and needs. To achieve this, we ask that our associates provide you with weekly updates as to the progress of your home, how many people have viewed your home and their feedback. When listing your home, our staff will place your home in the Multiple Listing Service which all Realtors have access to, and we utilize virtual tours to allow prospective Buyers to view your home on the Internet. Further we use Talking House – a small device which enables passer-bys to tune their radio to a certain station and listen to a detailed description of your home. All of these steps are taken to give you, our customers, maximum exposure in the real estate market. When a contract is written on your home, our associates will “walk” you through the process of understanding the terms, conditions, and price. Last, our associates will be with you from the start through the closing to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved.

OUR BUYERS

Like any Buyer, the one objective is to find the “right” home. At GC, we listen to you, understand your financial consideration, and remain dedicated to showing you homes that fit your profile and price range. We will not show you homes based on our ability to increase our commission. Once you have located your home, we will work with you to negotiate the best possible price, but more critical, we will be with you to make certain all of your deadlines are met and all required inspections are ordered by you to ensure an efficient closing.
